Stylish and comfortable with great location. Brasserie food is excellent but pricey. Missed in-room tea/coffee facilities. Impeccable service, staff go above and beyond. Beautiful newly renovated rooms, large for London standards. Central Mayfair location perfect for exploring.

The location of the hotel was fine, right in the heart of a lively neighborhood. The piano bar was a great addition and added a touch of elegance to the stay. The staff were helpful and attentive.
The breakfast room was quite small, resulting in long wait times for a table. The croissants served during breakfast were disappointingly small.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that make it one of the most luxurious venues I have ever stayed at. the service was impeccable, with all my needs being fulfilled in the blink of an eye. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge areas had great food and drinks. The room advantages were fantastic, including the panoramic views of the city and the modern Jacuzzi that I've enjoyed using. Cons: There was only one minor issue during my stay, which was the slight waiting time at the check-out. it was nothing major and did not affect my overall experience at this hotel.
